I have been in the Advertising industry since 1986 and possess a B.A. in Mass Media Communications and an M.A. in Public Relations from the University of Akron, Ohio.

Upon graduation, I worked for many different types of companies including advertising agencies and have learned everything in the industry from receptionist (1986) to my latest position where I had the responsibilities of three positions: office manager, account manager and project manager.
